The delegate registration desk will open from 2.30pm on Thursday 23 October 2025 and will be located in the exhibition hall, just outside of "Grand 2" (see the venue map for directions). The registration desk will be open for the duration of the conference, including Friday and Saturday morning for those who don't register on Thursday.

If you have submitted dietary requirements for the conference, please follow the directions below to ensure that the venue is able to assist you with your requirements during various conference sessions.
Welcome Function
During the welcome function, canapes will be served by venue staff. As such, please be sure to advise conference service staff of your dietary requirements and they will ensure your dietary needs are met.
Conference morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea
During these meals breaks a dedicated station for delegates with dietary requirements will be available.
Conference Gala Dinner
For those attending the Gala Dinner, there will be a dietary requirements table with cards on it. Those with dietary requirements, will need to collect their card and place it in front of themselves at the dinner. This will allow service staff to serve the correct meals to the correct people. To assist service staff with this process, please don’t swap tables or seats between meals.
The Pullman will be providing a coffee cart from which delegates can purchase barista coffee during the event. Please note, this is not part of your conference package and these coffees will need to be purchased.
The conference gala dinner will commence at 7pm and will take place in the Grand Ballroom (this is the same room that the plenary sessions are taking place in). Door will open at 6.45, with drinks service commencing at 6.45pm and concluding at 10.45pm.
Guests are reminded that seating will be unallocated, so if you wish to sit with specific colleagues or friends, please be sure to arrive on time.
If you are a delegate with full conference registration, you will have a Gala Dinner ticket packed with your conference name bag, bring this ticket with you to the dinner.
If you are not attending the conference, you can bring a printed ticket, or have your name checked at the door.
